§ 34-4. Discharge of explosives or fireworks.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge explosives, firecrackers or fireworks within the town. This shall not apply to police officers and other peace officers in the lawful discharge of their duty, or to persons granted permits to do so by the town.
