Chapter 34. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

§ 34-3. Depositing glass or other rubbish on waterfront.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, cast or deposit a glass bottle or piece of crockery or any glassware, tin cans, or any sharp metals, or any rubbish or debris, or bury such items, in any part of the waterfront in the town.

Violations of this section shall be a Class A violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.
