§ 2-202. Date of elections.

Regular municipal elections shall be held as provided in article I, section 3 of the Charter. Primary elections, if necessary as provided for in section 2-206 shall be held on the fourth Tuesday in February in even years. Beginning in 2012, primary elections shall be held concurrent with the state primary elections as set forth in F.S. § 100.061.
