§ 78-87. Evidence of approval.

Evidence that the town commission has approved a major subdivision shall be furnished by the developer filing in the public records of the county, at no expense to the town commission and in accordance with the requirements of F.S. ch. 177 and the requirements of the clerk of the circuit court of the county, the approved and signed plat.
