Chapter 54. CONCURRENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

§ 54-5. Management system established.

In order to implement the provisions of the comprehensive plan requiring that adequate public facilities are available to accommodate development concurrent with the impacts of development on such public facilities, the town hereby establishes, pursuant to the terms of this chapter:
(1)

A management and monitoring program; and

(2)

A regulatory program.
