§ 46-82. Membership; term of members; vacancies.

(a)

The local planning agency shall consist of five regular members and two alternate members, who shall be residents of the town and be appointed by the town commission.

(b)

Members of the local planning agency shall be appointed for staggered terms of four years, and may be reappointed for consecutive terms. Any vacancies occurring during the unexpired term of office of any member of the local planning agency shall be filled by appointment by the town commission.
