§ 62-72. Compliance with division; presumption regarding responsibility of property owners.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the terms of this division, or to permit any other person under his control or command to do so. For the purposes of this division, there shall be a rebuttable presumption that the owner or occupant of property within the town is in control or command of all vessels docked, moored or anchored adjacent to such property, and of all persons aboard such vessels.
