§ 62-51. Landing on rivers restricted.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to land any aircraft at any dock, shore, beach, seawall, or other place along the shores of the St. Lucie River or the Indian River within the limits of the town, or to take on or discharge passengers at any dock or wharf or along the shores of the St. Lucie River or the Indian River within the town limits, without the written permission of the mayor, which permission, however, shall be granted when, in the opinion of the mayor, it will not endanger the public peace, health, safety or property of any of the inhabitants of the town.

    Violations of this section shall be a Class B violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.
