§ 42-1. Enforcement and state law provisions.

A violation of this chapter shall be punished as provided in chapter 18, or as set forth in F.S. chs. 316 and 318 and F.S. §§ 318.32 and 318.325.

Unless otherwise specified in this chapter, violations of this chapter shall be a class A violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.

The provisions of F.S. § 316.1945, and all other substantive parking provisions of F.S. ch. 316 shall be a violation of this chapter.
