Chapter 38. STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 38-2. Blocking off or fencing street or sidewalk.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to block off, fence or in any way appropriate to his own use, or attempt so to block off, fence or in any way appropriate to his own use, any publicly dedicated street, sidewalk or alley within the town.
Violations of this section shall be a Class A violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.
