§ 2-321. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Interested party means a person making the direct presentation of any specific matter on the agenda that is pending before a town board, or a person who is entitled to receive mailed written notice of any such matter, or the authorized representative of any such person.

Local public official means any elected or appointed member of a town board.

Town board means the town commission, the local planning agency, the board of zoning adjustment, or the code enforcement board.
