§ 26-61. Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to start or maintain any fire outside of any building or to authorize any such fire to be started or maintained on any land within the incorporated limits of the town for any purpose, except as provided in this article.

Violations of this section shall be a Class B violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.
