§ 22-144. Irrigation limited to certain hours.

Irrigation of all lawns and ornamental vegetation shall be limited to the hours between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Such prohibition shall apply to all homes and commercial establishments and shall be effective during all days of the year.
