§ 1-14. Severability of parts of Code.

Latest version.

If any provision of this Code is for any reason found to be invalid or inoperative or shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid by the valid judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such ruling of unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this Code.
