Violations of any curfew, ban on the sale and distribution of alcohol sales, or other
emergency measure authorized by ch. 870, F.S., and established pursuant to section
16-4, are misdemeanors of the first degree under F.S. § 870.048, and punishable as
provided in F.S. §§ 775.082 or 772.083.
