§ 14-31. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Late-night use means any use permitted in B-1 districts that is open for the conduct of business with the general public at any time between the hours of 11:00 p.m. on any day of the week and 5:00 a.m. on the following day.
