§ 10-32. Running at large.

Latest version.

No dog shall run at large within the corporate limits of the town or upon property other than that of its owner unless the dog is running on property other than that of its owner with the express or implied consent of the owner of the property. A violation of this section shall be punished as provided in chapter 18.

Violations of this section shall be a Class A violation, punishable as set forth in chapter 18.
